All items are intended for agricultural use only and are sourced and processed with care to maintain purity and quality. Prices displayed on our website are in INR and may change at any time without prior notice. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. You may cancel an order before it has been shipped; however, once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Refunds are issued only for eligible prepaid orders that are cancelled in time or in cases of incorrect or damaged deliveries, which must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with proper photographic evidence. Due to the organic nature of our products, returns are not accepted once packaging is opened or the product is used.
