1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your Order Number.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

2. Cancellation by Sports Wala

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock.
• Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
• Payment is unsuccessful or flagged as fraudulent.
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• Any situation beyond our reasonable control that prevents order fulfillment.

If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, although the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Modification of Orders

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us to request changes such as:

• Shipping address
• Contact details
• Quantity (subject to availability)

Once an order has been dispatched, modifications cannot be made.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:
